i got this character for a comicbook i'm making along with my colleagues named "Daniel Magtanggol" and for my opening post imma post a fan art of him 'ere.
he's a police officer, who, upon taking on a high stake human smuggling, drug dealin, corpse exploiting gang gets gunned down in cold blood after getting tortured along with his newly wed wife(who was pregnant at the time). unfortunately for the bad guys, he manages to cling to his life and survives. his eye gets damaged during the attack and gets a anonymous eye donor and gets pre emptive visions of the next 8 seconds or so. after recovering he vows revenge and intentionally gets stationed in the cold cases department to find clues in hunting down his enemies.
